Our 90 day guarantee is intended to provide you with a three month trial period to use our products. This period should be used to run a complete cycle from start to finish. We are confident your plants will be healthier, stronger, and bigger when the correct spectrums are energizing your crop.
When compared to other LED lighting products, Lush Lighting LED fixtures do increase photosynthetic efficiency in green leaf plants. For this reason, our LED fixtures will yield a larger and more nutritious crop than conventional lighting.

Our Promise to You
We guarantee our products will lower your electric bill and increase the quality of your crop. Many customers see yield, taste, aroma and potency increase! We provide our guarantee with confidence in our LED light’s superiority over all other indoor grow lighting.
If you are unsatisfied with your Lush Lighting LED light fixture, you may return it for a refund within 90 days. Since the results of our product will vary based upon other conditions surrounding our lights, this return will require some documentation to be submitted.
We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. You will assume responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns. Shipping damage must be reported within four days of receipt of the shipment from Lush Lighting, Inc. Our guarantee shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our Guarantee Return Requirements
- A written explanation of how our product did not fulfill your expectations is required.
- The product is returned with RMA approval after providing proof of sale.
- Always write your RMA number on the shipping call tag and retain the receipt. Do not mark directly on the box.
- The product must be returned in original packaging or equivalent.
- All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories and proof of purchase. Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. “Damaged” includes, but is not limited to, water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection.
- Our guarantee returns for credit in like-new condition are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. If the item is not in like-new condition, the restocking fee is up to 40%.
Voided Guarantee Returns
- Damage due to poor packaging may void the guarantee and are the customer’s responsibility.
- All guarantees are void outside of the U.S.A. and Canada.
- Our guarantee will be void if factory serial # has been tampered with or removed.
- Our guarantee will be void if the “Do not remove” sticker is removed from the protective screw.
- Our guarantee will be void if “Inspected in USA” sticker is removed from the LED panel.

Warranty
Lush Lighting, Inc. brand products provide a warranty against defective materials and/or workmanship to the original owners from the date of original purchase for the first three years of ownership. In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Lush Lighting, Inc. will (without charge for parts or labor) repair or replace, the defective product.
We care about your success and take pride in offering excellent service. All repair work is performed at Lush Lighting, Inc. headquarters in Niles, Michigan. With proper proof of sale Lush LED warranty can be serviced by the place of purchase or through Lush Lighting, Inc. directly. All warranty repairs are free of charge. Warranty return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of Lush Lighting, Inc.
Repairs will be complete within 14 days from the arrival of the defective product. Lush LEDs that require repair within 90 days are replaced with new lights. Lush LEDs that are less than a year old are usually replaced with a certified refurbished light. Lush LEDs with two to three years of use are repaired and returned. Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper care, housings that have been opened, misuse, or normal wear and tear, which includes, but is not limited to, improper installation and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary ventilation.
If the product is returned for warranty repair and found not eligible for warranty or found working, the customer is responsible for shipping and/or repair charges. Repair charges include parts and labor. Lush Lighting, Inc. labor charges are $50 an hour with most repairs being complete within 1 hour.

Refunds
Any refund on direct orders from Lush Lighting, Inc. will credit your original form of payment when possible.
Note: If we are unable to refund the original form of payment, a credit will be issued in the form of a check to the name provided on the order. Any refund on an order placed through a retail store will be issued in the form of an in-store credit. All refunds through retail stores are subject to the terms and conditions of that retail store. Refunds that come back unclaimed or are returned will be considered void or forfeited.
Shipping
We use FedEx as our shipping method. For international orders, we use DHL. Shipping cost varies on the weight of your order.
